Drove cross-functional collaboration with PM, Engg. & stakeholders through design sprints and workshops. Lead the successful launch of "Brewing Intelligence" - coffee table book.

Led design team on Total Rewards Team in SAP Success Factors HCM Suite. Creating and nurturing Rewards & Benefits experience from admin to employer to employee. Managed and mentored designers and enabled them with insights and interpretation of design strategy. Played a critical role in growing the design team, expanding it from 4 to 14 members. Facilitated workshops to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Lead a team of 3 designers for a year as a direct reporting manager. Created proof of concepts, UX/UI Designs for Flagship Projects. Designed Ultra Data Saving Mode and native apps for Samsung TIZEN Z1 mobile phone launched in 2015 for the Indian market.

Led  several client projects starting from scratch and led until development & QA. Created proof of concepts single handedly. Designed and test user flows with target users. Mentored fellow designers in the project designers to enable them to achieve milestones.

Designed end to end products like Infosys EdgeVerve, suite of several apps across form factors. Worked with Agile methodology with User centred design process at centre. Created Information Architecture & Lo-Fi & Hi-fi designs for Supply Chain applications.
